▚ INTELLIGENCE BRIEF
MONITORING: Who controls the world supply of key resources — lithium, cobalt, chips, crude, grain, rare earths.
LIVE READOUT: 3 cells at or above 80% — each one is a supply line with a single point of failure.
▸ PURPOSE: A control-room wall for resource dependence: rows = materials, columns = countries.

▚ HOW TO READ · what these numbers mean
- Cell number (%) — How much of one resource (rows) a single country (columns) controls. Like one player holding most of the cards.
- Red, blinking (80%+) — A choke point: one country holds almost all of it. If supply stops, there is no plan B — prices can spike.
- Amber (40–79%) — Caution zone. Control is building and prices get easier to push around.
- Green (under 40%) — Supply is spread out — healthy. No single country can corner it.
- Try it — Click a cell to see the details below. A row full of red means that resource is the one to watch.
